This website, thefinedeals.com (the “Site”), is operated by Vorbis Limited under the name The Fine Deals. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vorbis Limited, and “you” refers to anyone who visits the Site or uses our services.
By visiting the Site or buying anything through it, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”), including any additional policies we reference or link to, such as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants and content contributors. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
New features or tools added to the Site are also covered by these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to offer products and services to you.

Your content (excluding card information) may travel unencrypted across various networks and may be adapted to meet the technical requirements of connected networks or devices. Card information is always encrypted when transferred.

We try to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. We may also limit or block orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
